FAA WINGS Master level CFI/CFII with experience in general aviation, airline, and military aircraft operation. 20+ years aviation industry experience, and 10+ years pilot experience. Also experienced with Part 107 remote pilot regulations and operations.

Over 300 hrs of high performance experience in aircraft, including; Beechcraft Bonanzas, and Barons, as well as Cessna 182s. Other aircraft flown include, but are not limited to; Cessna 150s, 172s and 177s, Piper PA-28s and PA-44s, and Diamond DA-40s. Over 100 hrs of twin turboprop aircraft experience in DH-6s as well.

I can teach in round dial, and glass cockpit aircraft. Over 450 hrs of training given in G1000 equipped aircraft. Also experienced with other Garmin avionics, as well as Collins, Honeywell, and Universal avionics systems.

I currently work full time as a jet aircraft systems instructor for a local airline, and previously provided Multi-Crew Pilot training to pilots for a differnt major airline. If an airline career is your goal, I can help you build time towards your ATP and help you develop crew coordination skills for cheaper than renting a plane from an FBO and burning holes in the sky, solo.

I have availability in my spare time to provide; Safety Pilot services, Flight Reviews (BFR), Instrument Proficiency Checks (IPC), High Performance endorsements, Complex Aircraft endorsements, time building flights for insurance requirements or other reasons, reposition (repo) flights, ferry flights, maintenance test flights, and assistance to rated aircraft pilots who wish to pursue a Part 107 remote pilot certificate.

I participate in the FAA WINGS proficient pilot program for those pilots who wish to choose the WINGS program to satisfy your flight review requirements, or who want to maintain a higher level of pilot proficiency. Achieving a WINGS level may qualify you for a discount on your aircraft owners/renters insurance as well.

Current rates are $50/hr for ground or flight instruction. Instruction and/or IACRA sign-offs for a Part 107 sUAS (a.k.a. Drone) remote pilot rating available for $40/hr. Other rates and services can be negotiated.

Available for instruction at, or in the vicinity of Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (KIWA), Chandler Municipal Airport (KCHD), or Falcon Field Airport (KFFZ). Will travel to other airports for an additional fee.
