This a lower deck escape hatch from a B-52G. The lower deck had two downward ejection seats, which ejected after this hatch was jettisoned as part of the ejection sequence.

I included pics of B-52s undergoing scrapping so you can see where the hatch goes. It's surprising heavy, probably close to 100 lbs and measures 32" x 48". The hatch itself is 5" thick, but the maximum thickness at the hinged panel is 14".

My research points to this hatch coming from the last batch of B-52G's scrapped under the SALT treaty:
