This is a sturdy add-on for a park model but would make a great playhouse for the kids or just nice storage or an add-on for a room or a semi-outside enclosure for the animals if you had air conditioning for it.
Just put a doggie door in between whichever room and this enclosure and you've got a winner!
The backside is open but I will include plywood or you can just back it up against another building and it will be fully enclosed.
It would be easy to cut off the side for a small window unit air conditioning that you can pick up for less than $100 brand new.
Open to interesting trades around the $500 range.
