Not sure about the exact history. Bought it from someone who didnt know how to fix it. The only thing that doesnt work is the speedo. Condition is like brand new. This is NOT a kids bike. Im 6'2" 200lbs and this has no problem getting me to 30mph. This falls under AZ class 3 ebike/moped laws. Doesnt require registration or ins. But must have drivers license, and obey traffic laws.asking 900 obo
