End plates bolt up to the top bed rails of a truck bed. Has a lock and keys. This is for use on bicycles that have the front wheels drop out from the fork. Size is for 64 - 65 inch wide beds (inside the top rails) common to full size Dodge Ram and Ford pick-ups. Could possibly be cut down for smaller trucks if you have the tools. $20
