New in original package which is quite weathered. I've had this lock in storage for over 40 years, but never used.
It's very heavy duty (very similar to Kryptonite) and "resists cutting by bolt cutters, files or saws". Vinyl covered which resists scratching. "Complete with quick release mounting bracket". Opening is approx. 7 7/8" x 4 1/4"
