This is a high end wheel, made in France, not a cheap quick replacement. If you are looking for the best alloy wheels available, I consider these to be in that category. UST equals no spoke holes to tape, and a bead that is guaranteed to hold on to UST designed tires at the lowest pressure. In other words, no burping. Bladed Zicral alloy spokes that are threaded into the rim, outperform traditional spokes with NO NIPPLES to break. I have broken one of these spokes in 10-15 years of riding every day. Crossmax and Deemax wheels are all I use, factory built wheels that rarely bring attention to themselves. And you cant ride out of a trail on a splintered carbon wheel.
