Dissector 29 x 2.60 WT TR EXO Dual 60 Folding Tyre. Bike shop price, $90 with tax.
Truth be told, this is one of the few Maxxis EXO tires I enjoyed testing. I used it on the back, and was pleased with how fast it was for a 2.6. I did eventually puncture it ( I push hard on the tech and weigh 200lb ) but only after several months. It still had decent tread. I didn't expect it to last as long as it did, based on other exo experiences.
Maxxis newest enduro offering, optimized for grip and low rolling resistance. Most frequently favored on the back, it is perfectly suited to the front also unless using it for DH in loose conditions. Fast, a 9/10 for leg satisfaction. Inflates to 2.5-2.6 depending on rim width. 30mm is the recommended minimum.
The 3C compound is common and the biggest complaint with the 3C version is that the tread wears quickly. This is the harder to find DUAL COMPOUND that rolls a bit faster and has 50% more tread life.
A large tire around 900g. $59ea for 2, $49ea if you get all 4.
