A long time desert favorite for reliable, FAST ROLLING grip on hardpack, with better than average penetration resistance for a 900g tire. Stepped side knobs for 100% more cornering traction, ramped center knobs for speed, and graphene compound for longevity and rolling resistance, and of course 4C layering. This is a larger volume tire than the 2.4 spec suggests. It stretches to a tall round profile, 2.45-2.50 ACTUAL WIDTH, perfect for most of us, front and rear. Very confidence inspiring on our dirt.

The E-GOMA compound is much the same, but saves battery and has more tread longevity, better value. Faster than any of the maxxis usual suspects in this weight/reliability category (i.e. double own reliability with exo rolling resistance). About 30% less rolling resistance than the 2.5 Minion DHF DD series, with more tread life.
