I am 5'11" and 180, and I wear medium, which are firm on me. Large will fit most men, muscular teens, and many larger women.
These are the best quality build elbow pads I have used that seem to be designed smart, straps at both ends. Most pads I have used slip down, these are shaped to the elbow and prevent that. They stay put and the VPD is very flexible, yet these feel very sturdy.
