LARGE 5 oz squeeze bottle with a leak proof red tip. Interfaces perfectly with the presta or shrader valve stem with core removed. I keep one in my pack along with a core remover. No unseating the bead.
Genuine name brand sealant purchased in bulk. Do your research to decide which one you want.
-SLIME Pro. Never dries out, but can be messy. Very good performance.
-OKO Magic Milk Hi Fibre. Synthetic latex, Long lasting, Water washable, never crystallizes like others. When it does dries out this sealant is unique in that an ounce of water will revive it. I have done this on the trail, just spitting water in through the stem. An impressive magic trick.
-STANS Notubes RACE. Best in class for larger cuts, has large solids content for those bigger punctures.
-Mariposa CaffeeLatex. Great for sealing beads to rims. Known for its foaming properties, making for better sidewall repair. Shorter life than others in the summer.
-ORANGE Endurance. Great all-around reputation for longevity and very good sealing effectiveness.
This 4-5 oz bottle is enough for (2) 29" tires up to 2.6 wide, or (3) 26" tires 2.1" wide, or maintenance top off for 4 tires.
$10ea, ($5ea when purchased with tires). Bike shops charge $10-15 for a 2 oz single serving bottle.
