Includes everything you need . Installed but used on flat water in San Diego bay twice. I sold my boat to buy a new one that has all the electronics.

1. Motor w/deck bracket
2. Control unit with bracket.
3. Drive Wheel and belt
4. Cables between the motor and control unit and cable to Power connection

All that is needed is a power cable and connector wired to battery and 10amp inline fuse.
