Bio/Background:

I have been a personal trainer for 23 years, working at LA Fitness my first year, and have been training In-Home for the past 22. I was the winner of the 2016 Scottsdale Small Business Excellence Award for Personal Training. I trained at the Arizona National Guard for over 8 years, training the Colonel of the U.S. Army, the Major of the U.S. Army, state employees and several soldiers. I, do not, however, train in the "drill sergeant" manner. I am very personable, my clients have a lot of fun while exercising, and have several references. I provide a fat loss menu that enables you to lose 10-15 pounds every 30 days with NO plateauing. You will be eating 5 or 6 small meals throughout the day so you are never hungry. This also causes your metabolism to rise, your energy to sky rocket, and it is a way of life so you KEEP the weight off. I lost 60 pounds when I was 16 years of age and have kept it off this way my whole life. I work with teens, as well as older adults at any fitness level. I have trained clients with autism, women during their pregnancy, clients recovering from an injury, women up to their 3rd trimester of pregnancy, several clients with fibromyalgia, and teach how to release knots/trigger points caused by every day stress, as well as from exercising. Learn full-body stretches to increase your range of motion, general mobility, play GOLF better by strengthening specific parts of your body, as well as other sports, and decrease pain and tightness in your ligaments and joints! You will see and feel firmer and have more energy in just a few weeks! Ladies - trim your waists, get toned and GET RID OF STRETCH MARKS in as little as 4 weeks! Gentlemen - gain muscle and strength and get rid of your midsection, thereby improving your golf game, range of motion/mobility and overall health! I provide my clients with a folder containing helpful health information, easy-to-make and yummy recipes and stretch sheets. I test upper/lower body strength and re-test after 6-8 weeks, depending on how many times per week you train, take before/after pictures, calibrate body fat %, lean muscle %, bone mass % and takes girth measurements.
