The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a proven track record of success in automotive service management and sales.
Required Experience & Skills:
Minimum five (5) years of recent Automotive Service Advisor/Manager experience.
Proficiency with Automotive Management software (e.g., Mitchell, and other Point-of-Sale (POS) systems).
Demonstrated ability to quickly source and order parts using electronic catalogs and build accurate, complete estimates.
Excellent track record in customer service, sales, and managing auto repair operations.
Expert-level customer service and phone skills, including active listening to assess and meet customer needs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Valid, current driver's license.
