JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with Subcontractors and colleagues.
- Ability to coordinate and oversee construction projects from contract award to completion.
- Must be able to simultaneously manage multiple projects while meeting time and cost obligations for each job.
- Proficient in MS software and understand project delivery and documentation.
- Able to work 40+ hr/wk and hold a valid driver's license
- Be willing to travel to various job sites and meetings. Company Truck provided for business travel
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- H.S. diploma required or equivalent
- 3 years' experience in construction
