Overview
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Business Development Intern to support our growth efforts through lead generation, outreach, and market research. This role offers hands-on experience in sales, recruiting, and client relationship development within the staffing industry.
This is a fast-paced, high-impact role ideal for someone interested in sales, entrepreneurship, or business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate interest
Schedule qualified meetings and appointments for the Business Development team
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through “ad chasing” (responding to job postings and hiring signals)
Utilize email marketing platforms and CRM tools to support outreach campaigns
Research local companies, industries, and hiring trends to build target lists
Attend client meetings (in-person and virtual) alongside leadership
Assist with follow-ups, pipeline tracking, and outreach strategy
Maintain accurate records of activity and results in CRM systems
