Job Title: Customs Brokerage Supervisor

Locion: Tempe, AZ

Pay Range: $70,000-90,000/Year

We are seeking an experienced Customs Brokerage Supervisor to lead day-to-day customs clearance operions within a fast-paced internional shipping environment. This role is responsible for ensuring accure documention, regulory compliance, and timely release of import and export shipments while supervising a high-performing brokerage team.

The ideal candide brings strong technical knowledge of customs processes, proven leadership experience, and the ability to manage operions efficiently while meeting service and performance goals.

Wh Is the Job:

• Oversee customs clearance activities to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective movement of internional freight
• Review and valide shipping documention, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, tariff classificions, and valuion da
• Ensure adherence to all applicable U.S. and internional trade regulions
• Partner with customs authorities to facilite shipment releases and resolve clearance issues or delays
• Develop, implement, and maintain operional procedures and service standards reled to customs brokerage
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure key operional targets are achieved
• Lead and manage a team of approximely 30 employees, including two direct reports
• Handle hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management activities
• Alloce work, establish timelines, and ensure consistent applicion of policies and procedures

Wh Is Needed:

• Customs Broker License strongly preferred
• Strong working knowledge of customs brokerage operions and global trade compliance
• Demonstred experience applying trade regulions, classificion, valuion, and documention requirements
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, motive, and develop teams
• Solid understanding of productivity improvement, cost control, and quality initiives
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, including least one year in a supervisory role
• Industry or professional certificions may be required depending on scope of responsibility
