Iron Man lies seriously wounded after his battle against Ramrod. Tony's transplanted heart is failing, and only Kevin O'Brien can save him! Meanwhile, Ramrod and his master, the Foreman, are still planning to destroy the Earth. The Foreman has also captured Marianne. It may take a miracle for Shell-head to emerge victorious on this day.
