A rare, classy 17 piece tea set, French style, hand painted depicting French nobility, 22 karat gold plated.
The set has eight teacups, eight tea saucers, and one square serving tray. The pattern is also known as Chantilly.
This vintage set belonged to my aunt, who loved the old French nobility lifestyle. The set is in excellent condition - the gold plate has absolutely no stains or chips, the elaborate paintings have vivid colors, absolutely no fading, chips, stains, or other defects. The serving tray has an unnoticeable tiny chip, on the back of the tray, as shown in picture 14.
