Four vintage / antique clocks, These are good quality clocks. I had them in storage for a very long time - I am selling them finally because I have no room anymore. They all need more or less work, as detailed below. Great price for the lot - I will not separate. Description below is from the worst to the best.
1. Revolving pendulum clock. Made in West Germany. The clock was dropped. The clock had a glass dome that shattered, and also the pendulum axle got hit. I believe it can be fixed, if not, great for parts.
2. Cuckoo clock. Made in West Germany, E. Schmeckenbecher, G.M. 1884288 1892176 25-78, as engraved on the movement. When put in storage, the two chains have been cut right where they get into the housing. The chains going into the movement are there, just the long parts are cut. You can easily chain them back - you need two long chains, I do not have them anymore. Also, the clock has only one weight, the other one is lost, and the pendulum is lost also. Otherwise, the clock is complete, and in good shape, including the two bellows, the movement, the cuckoo, the door, dial, bell, and case with all ornaments.
3. Rare high quality clock, made in Essen, Germany. JUBA B 14 movement, with 4 bar chime. The clock is in great shape. There are no dings, scratches, or any visible defects. Very nice front glass, with perfect hinges. Elaborate ornaments on the case and dial. It is missing the back door, the pendulum, and the key. Given the excellent shape, I believe that once you put the pendulum, the clock will work. A great opportunity at this price for such a nice and rare clock.
4. Classic schoolhouse pendulum clock. Very old, probably 1900-to-1920. The dial glass is broken and is missing the pendulum. Otherwise is complete, and it has the key. I improvised a pendulum, and the clock works. What I noticed is that the minutes hand "jumps", i.e. advances faster once in a while - maybe it is because of the improvised pendulum. Great value - refurbished, this sells for $300-to-$400.
