Primary Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and research prospective clients
Conduct cold calling and outbound prospecting
Perform email outreach campaigns
Engage prospects through LinkedIn and social media platforms
Attend networking events, trade shows, chamber meetings, and business functions
Build strategic referral partnerships
Sales Activities
Schedule discovery calls and appointments
Present company services and solutions
Identify client pain points and business objectives
Work with leadership to develop customized proposals
Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management
Relationship Development
Build and maintain professional relationships
Develop strategic partnerships within target industries
Create referral opportunities
Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective clients
