We’re seeking an experienced plan drafter to assist with preparing and submitting documentation to the City of Tempe. This work involves creating plan drafts based on reports provided by our engineer and ensuring they meet city requirements.
About the Work:
This project involves two properties, with potential for as-needed work on future projects.
Responsibilities:
Create draft plans based on engineering reports
Ensure drawings meet City of Tempe submission standards
Coordinate with the Owner and City of Tempe
Submit plans and follow up with the city as needed
Qualifications:
Experience with city plan submittals
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Reliable and responsive communication
Details:
1099 contract position
Project-based, as-needed work
Pay based on experience
