My design services start with a conceptual design phase reflecting a wish list of your desired items in context to the property’s potentials and constraints. This includes an initial site visit or it also can be remote, if desired. The fee range is typically around $1,000-$1,500 depending on the property size and amount of landscape elements (like outdoor kitchen, ramada, pickle ball court, etc..) that is requested. Sorry, I do not offer 3D modeling. Some clients stop at this initial plan as it provides a huge leap in the right direction for the design help they needed. This is typically a 30-day process after the initial visit.
Further construction plans can be developed and are encouraged for a smooth installation with your contractor, or necessary for HOA and permitting needs. This second phase of detailed plans are perfect for sending out and comparing multiple bids, helping you select the right contractor for the job and potentially finding overall project savings in the process. The fee range is around the same as the conceptual design phase depending on how many hardscape details are needed. This is typically a 30-45 day process after the conceptual phase.
