We're seeking professional, personable, courteous, empathetic and enthusiastic individuals to work in our Scottsdale call center. We are heavily focused on quality! We expect that you'll take the time needed to provide the high level of service necessary to support callers, solve problems and leave every customer satisfied with their experience. You must be able to attend training from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for your first three weeks. After training, you will be assigned a regular 8 1/2 hour shift, Monday through Friday between the hours of 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. Our next training class begins March 26, so apply today!
To be a strong fit for the role of Call Center Representative, you will have:
At least 1 year of customer service experience (retail, food service industry, hospitality, etc.); call center experience is a plus
A ! high school diploma or equivalent
Solid computer skills including:
Working knowledge of Windows-based programs, Microsoft Office Suite applications, email programs such as Gmail, Internet browsers such as Chrome, and Instant Messenger
Understanding of Internet navigation and tools
Ability to multitask and navigate between multiple windows
Strong typing skills for note taking, data entry and correspondence
Ability to work in a heavy phone-based environment
