Auto Shop Follow-Up is hiring part-time Arizona-based team members to call customers on behalf of auto repair shops and document their feedback. This is real, steady work — not sales, not commission, not contract.
What You’ll Do
• Make follow-up phone calls (no cold calling)
• Write clear, accurate call notes with good spelling and grammar
• Capture customer concerns, compliments, and opportunities
Role Details
• Remote (Arizona residents only)
• Part-time W2 role
• Minimum 14 hours per week (most work 14–22)
• Daytime only (no later than 6pm)
• Paid training and consistent weekly workflow
• Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet

What We’re Looking For
• Strong written communication skills
• Good spelling, grammar, and clarity in call documentation
• Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone

• Able to follow procedures and meet weekly expectations
Pay
• $15.50 per hour starting rate
• Opportunities for increases based on performance
