THE ROLE: Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)
You'll be the first point of contact for our customers -- scheduling appointments, helping facilitate the sale of a vehicle, and following up to make sure every customer leaves happy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Greet customers and schedule appointments
- Help facilitate the sale of a vehicle from start to finish
- Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email
- Answer questions and keep customers informed every step of the way
- Keep customer details organized and accurate
- Work closely with our sales and finance team to keep deals moving
