About The Role: iFlip’s Customer Experience team is committed to providing outstanding service to our customers – many of which have very little experience in trading. At the core of this role, you will serve as the voice of our customers and help resolve issues quickly, efficiently, and with empathy. Your success in this role will be measured by customer satisfaction scores and ability to move through a high volume of customer needs in a short period of time. We are looking for teammates that are ambitious, self-motivated, detail oriented, and innovative.

Bachelor’s degree or bachelor’s degree candidate preferred
Must be able to work full time (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST)
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and have a passion for ensuring all customer needs are handled in a timely manner.
Proficiency with computers, especially with regards to CRM software
Ability to resolve conflict and diffuse tension when needed
Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Communicating with customers through various channels
Attend training sessions to grow knowledge of product and to develop customer service skills
Ability to work cross-functionally to troubleshoot customer problem
Forwarding escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments
Updating customer information as required
Maintaining confidential information
Willingness to perform other duties as the need arises
