Green Hub is looking for an energetic individual to assist in making customer service and account management calls to our existing clients. No sales required. $600 per week + bonuses. Training and first 4 weeks of employment in west valley office near Metro Center, but will be working in south Scottsdale office thereafter.
-No less than 1 year on the phone customer service experience. Must know how to use conference calling features and how to split phone lines on desk phones or be able to learn easily.
-Professional phone conversation skills should include being energetic, happy and confident.
-Must be a quick learner with appropriate math skills for a professional environment.
-Ability to multitask while working with fast-paced staff.
-Proficient with Google Suites including Sheets and Calendar and have a general knowledge of CRM functions.
-Minimum 40 WPM typing gets you an interview, faster typing skills will elevate your application.
