Wayne-Dalton, an industry leader in garage door installation and repairs, is hiring for a full-time Customer Service Representative.
CSR’s manage warranty service appointments as well as provide estimates on replacement materials. Candidates must be comfortable answering calls, responding to emails in a professional manner, and order entry.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED equivalent
2-3 years Customer Service experience, door industry preferred
Strong math skills
Willingness to learn product and processes, working as a team
