We’re seeking motivated and personable Client Enrollment Specialists to join our growing remote team. In this role, you’ll guide individuals through the enrollment process, helping them understand and access the benefits and programs they’ve requested.
While this position focuses on client enrollment and education, a strong foundation in customer service is essential. Your ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and provide a positive experience will play a key role in helping clients feel confident in their decisions.
Our team works directly with unions, associations, and organized groups to support their members. You’ll meet one-on-one with clients via Zoom, walk them through available options, answer questions in real time, and ensure a smooth and supportive enrollment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct one-on-one virtual meetings to guide clients through enrollment and available benefits
• Assist union and group members in understanding and accessing requested programs
• Provide clear explanations of coverage options and help clients choose what best fits their needs
• Apply strong customer service skills to build rapport and ensure a positive experience
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, chat, and Zoom
• Accurately document client interactions and enrollment details
• Follow company procedures, scripts, and compliance standards
• Escalate complex situations when necessary
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction throughout the enrollment process
Requirements:
• Customer service, client support, or sales experience preferred (customer-facing experience is highly valued)
• Comfortable leading one-on-one Zoom meetings and speaking on video
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain programs and benefits in a clear, client-friendly manner
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems and video conferencing tools
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
