This fat fendered custom was a body off frame restoration.
It was painted GM Cameo Cream with a base/clear. Beautiful paint job by the way.
Then the street rod was taken to Tony at American Legends Hot Rods and he dropped in and set up the 383 Blueprint crate motor.
Making 450 HP with the help of the FAST fuel injection unit up top. (Only about 600 miles on the drivetrain).
This was all coupled to a custom 700R4 4 speed automatic. Polished serpentine pulley set up.
Very clean set up and it cost a lot more to hide all the hoses and lines.
Yes it has a posi rear end, it also has tubular A-arms a mustang Power rack steering and ADCO sway bars front and rear.
Custom polished aluminum radiator keeps things cool, Aluminum coated Patriot Headers and dual exhaust.
Air Conditioning you ask, Ohhh yeah, there's a "working" AC unit by VINTAGE AIR.
Power steering, power disc brakes, custom chrome Torq Thrust wheels and brand new Toyo performance tires.
The Overdrive trans was designed to work with the original shifter.
Full instrumentation helps you keep an eye on everything.
Also, LED headlights and marker lights now installed so you can actually see where you're goin.
The interior was dyno-matted. (see pics)
Power adjustable custom made seats out of a BMW and the list goes on and on and on.
Runs, drives and looks great. Tons of money invested in this car.
Yep, she runs on pump gas and runs down the freeway.
Just did a fresh oil change, so she's ready to go.
