Reason for Selling:
Bought little over a year ago Jan 2025 in great shape and with intention to improve on. I didn't drive far distances, just short errands around Fountain Hills (retired Phx firefighter, senior driven), never had a problem. Ended up reunited with my 1985 GMC Caballero this month after it being with other family members for a couple decades - putting my efforts into that. Unfortunately, don't have room in garage for both. The F150 just needs a good home. With a little investment the value goes up into $20k-$30k according to Hagerty based on Vin#, especially with the low miles. It will only increase in value over time if cared for.
I asked a friend in Mesa to help sell on my behalf for a wider audience and less of a trek to Fountain Hills for people. (Any questions they can't answer, I'm a quick call away. That's whose number is listed.)
