1964 Mercury Comet CYCLONE

Original Montana car with no rust. All metal was blasted or sanded down to raw steel. Every nook and cranny were sprayed or dipped with rust bullet, primered then painted, including all interior, trunk, and exterior. Exterior paint is Viper Red. Engine compartment and undercarriage is Gloss Black. See before and after pictures. This is a true Cyclone as the title and vin proves. It has the original 4 speed T-10 Top Loader transmission with a new Force Clutch plate, friction and bearing. Transmission is flawless in operation. Drive line was rebalanced and new bearings. I have two differentials for the car. New brakes all around “complete with cylinders”. Front end is a Mustang II with disc brakes. Engine swap to built 351W with aluminum heads, oversized valves, Torquer Manifold, Edelbrock carb. Pertronics ignition system. Retro Battery, All Aluminum Radiator, Heater core replaced. All gauge’s work, speedometer is correct, and working. Original Tube radio works, Aftermarket hidden stereo system for Ipod 😊 Original fuel tank replaced with fiberglass exact replica that will never rust out. Polished steel rims and reflect the look of the original hubcaps that came on the car (have the hub caps too), Front and rear bumpers re-chromed by Denver Bumper and in new condition. Front and rear grills polished and hand painted inlays. Original and replacement lights come with the car. Interior completely redone and exactly matches original look and fabric (except headliner rails). Original glass with no imperfections. Stainless steel has been hand polished. Original keys. Steering column is a Flaming River Tilt style. Original style tires were not available when I replaced the tires but currently you can purchase the correct tires from Coker Tires with the correct 1” white sidewall.
