Hi, helping to sell my mom's amazingly well kept BMW.

It has:

- Clean title
- No accidents
- 4x4 - All wheel drive (xDrive)
- Perfect engine and transmission
- Flawless suspension
- Emissions just passed valid till 11/2027
- Heated seats, heated steering wheel, Bluetooth audio/voice, Navigation etc
- Bunch of new parts this/last year such as new Starter, suspension components, brakes, spark plugs, air filter etc
- Everything works as it should
- Absolutely no mechanical issues or lights
- Fresh oil and filter
- Brand new tires
- Interior is flawless (no rips, damages, tears or even a scratch)
- Paint is in perfect condition (always garaged)
- Exterior is not pristine it has some dings and a few scratches but they're hardly noticeable
