The SC01 (free unlimited supercharging) is becoming more and more rare since people usually keep them forever and NEVER pay for gas or charging again. Using the superchargers can cost as much as paying for gas, but you'll never need to worry about that again with this car.

Tesla changed the styling of the Model S in April 2016 and stopped offering unlimited free supercharging (SC01) in March 2017, so this rarity was only available for less than a year. When searching for post-refresh models with SC01, only a small handful show up in the entire country. I've seen less than 10 for sale and this one is by far the cheapest. One comes close, but after paying dealer's fees, taxes, shipping, etc, it becomes much more expensive.
