HOPE Group is looking for Direct Service Providers throughout the Mesa and Apache Junction area to work with developmentally delayed children & adolescents in the young person's home. 3-6 months' experience required.
Goals to follow are provided with the main focus on increasing independence, decreasing behavior and increasing social skills, communication, memory & organizational skills and motor skills. Further skills may include daily living activities, safety skills, self-help (bathing, grooming, eating) and independent living skills (cooking & cleaning).
Requirements:
• Fingerprint Clearance Card & CPR/First Aid certification (HOPE Group can help facilitate these two requirements)
• Valid state ID & must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation is a must
• Flexible part time weekend & evenings schedules (great for college students)
