Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cabinet / Millwork Draftsman to join our team. A successful candidate would be responsible for creating accurate cabinet and millwork drawings and support our CNC production workflow. This role is not a generic CAD drafting position. The right person will understand how cabinetry is built, how plans and shop drawings drive production, and how drafting decisions affect CNC output, fabrication, and installation.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and revise cabinet / millwork shop drawings
Interpret architectural plans and field dimensions
Support Mozaik-based production workflow
Coordinate with project managers, shop leads, and installers as needed
Help ensure buildable, production-ready information reaches the shop.
Cabinet Vision, SolidWorks, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Microvellum, and broader CNC / production support experience is a plus
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in cabinet / millwork drafting preferred
Blueprint reading and shop drawing interpretation
Cabinet construction knowledge
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work onsite independently and as part of a team
Flexible schedule to accommodate job deadlines
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening

Compensation:
Pay is $30+/Hour depending on experience. Benefits are available (medical, dental, vision, life, paid time off, etc.)
