Me: 70 yo MSEE needs help designing two new projects. Sold over 350 units of our Alchemist Filling Machine in the past 5 years. www.alchemistfillingmachine.com Financially secure, friendly small 3-person crew. Can work with you to learn and contribute in: Fusion 360, CNC Router, Altium PCB design, Arduino IDE for the ESP32. New Crane machine getting ready for market, auto-filler and preroll infuser. After that, robotic tree cutter.

You: Want to learn some of the above skills, hands on, serious person. Want to help make some real, sellable products and learn how a small business works. In a year or two you can take your skills to a big company, with my blessing. More than happy to raise up a good, lifetime engineer. BS in mech, industrial or elec engg preferred, or a associates or some one who has been a good self-learner in the past.
