I have several Altec 409-8D speakers (14) that came from a church that upgraded their sound system.
These are configured currently for PA / background use via a transformer-based constant voltage system, but can easily be converted to regular home audio use. Each Altec speaker is a "full range" design - an 8 inch woofer with a built in crossover and cone tweeter mounted to the front in one package.
The cabinets and grills are in very good shape due to the fact they were mounted and left alone for a very long time. When they were removed and transported some cosmetic damage occurred, or I would rate them excellent. All drivers have been tested and work great.
$50 per speaker.
