This Linksys router replaces one from a competitor who had no customer support. Linksys has excellent technical support. All is well and it works like a champ. Service staff is knowledgeable and have very good customer relationship skills. In addition, the Smart Wi-Fi app they have gives you good, easy management of the router, including a map which shows all devices on your home network. I am sold on Linksys products.
