I purchased this Proceed AMP5 new in 2000. I had all channels upgraded by George Meyer AV in Los Angeles. $963 later it’s working perfectly per George Meyer it’s still sealed in the original box with their packing tape

Importantly the face plate is cosmetically perfect, 100%. There is a tiny mark on one side, two on the other, and two tiny marks on one heat sink fin on the top. I’d say it’s overall 90%. George Meyer did all their recommended component swaps. I also have the original double box, power cord
