Fully functional. can be used with 4 AA alkaline batteries for up to 17 hours of continuous operation. Includes two optional accessories: carrying case and external power/data module which allows unit to be powered from 10-17 VDC and supports NMEA/DGPS devices. Includes 82-page electronic (pdf) User Guide, which I can email to you.
