As the Quality Manager for the Phoenix Integrion Center, you will define, lead, and execute the site’s quality stregy. This role provides direct leadership to the quality assurance teams, driving exceptional product and process quality. You will also actively engage and influence the Phoenix team to foster a strong, shared culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across the site. You will oversee and continuously improve all elements of Arrow’s Quality Management System and overall site quality performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key stakeholders. The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring all processes and activities comply with company quality standards, applicable ISO/AS requirements, and government regulions.

Wh You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead, coach and develop the quality assurance team to deliver corpore, site and customer specific quality goals are achieved or exceeded
• Provide hands on leadership and development of technicians, engineers, and support personnel to include Quality Specialists, Training Coordinors, Quality Engineers and Inspectors
• Engage and drive cross-functional teams to perform root-cause analysis, corrective action and verificion of effectiveness of implemented solutions for both internal and external quality issues.
• Engage with customers, sales and operions leadership directly in the resolution of customer complaints.
• Collabore with new product introduction, manufacturing engineering, production, operions, human resources and warehousing in the development of quality initiives.
• Utilize the Voice-of-Customer, both internal and external, in the development of quality improvement stregies in collaborion with site leadership.
• Lead and maintain site Quality Management Systems covering ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, TAPA, 14 CFR, 21 CFR and CQC/CCC to ensure all customer, certificion and regulory requirements are met.
• Perform audits, review corrective actions and process improvements in support of regulory compliance and industry certificions.
• Ensures th established manufacturing inspection, sampling and stistical process control procedures are followed and are driving expected outcomes
• Act as the principle resource for quality methods, process control and quality improvement.
• Monitor, report and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and root causes.
• Setting stretch goals in support of site quality objectives.

Wh We Are Looking For:

• Proficiency in implementing and maintaining ISO and CQC certificion processes and requirements
• Excellent written and oral communicion skills
• Cross functional leadership experience outside of Quality
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business or reled area of study from four-year college or university; and/or 8 years of relevant operions and quality experience and/or training; or equivalent combinion of educion and experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a manufacturing plant environment with proven record of improving quality and quality systems.
• Proven Six-Sigma and Lean experience is highly desired
• Experience building and driving a culture of quality in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with value stream mapping, FMEA, da collection methods, variability analysis, root cause analysis, Kaizen, etc.
• Communicion/Change Management skills required

Even Better If You Have:

• Experience working in a low volume, high-mix manufacturing environment
• Six-Sigma Black Belt or Lean certificion

Work Arrangement:

• Fully In Office: Monday - Friday
