What We’re Looking For
The successful candidate’s first responsibility will be to execute our core behaviors:

Your second responsibility will be to oversee all aspects of our (admittedly very limited) operation at American Family Fields of Phoenix, including:
Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Representing our company with the client, the customer, and the community.
Prepping, rolling, baking, and serving fresh pretzels shaped like mustaches.
Leading our on-site team and managing inventory.
Skills Required
Demonstrably strong inter-personal skills: Please follow the "Show, don't tell" rule here.
Reliable transportation: To and from American Family Fields of Phoenix.
Experience: Managing in a high-volume restaurant environment.
Dexterity: General ability to work with your hands (rolling dough is an art!).
Stamina: Ability to work outdoors, on your feet, for extended periods, and comfortably lift up to 40 pounds.
Qualifications
Valid food manager or food handler card.
Availability: Ability to work all games at American Family Fields for the 2026 Cactus League Season (please Google the Brewers’ spring training schedule to confirm your availability before applying).
Pay, Benefits, and Perks
$22–25/hr + tips (It’s our first year at this facility, so we're making history together).
All the pretzels you can eat. (Literally).
The Office: You’re working at a ballpark!
Future Gigs: Potential to stay on for other major events like the Women's Final Four and Phoenix Fan Fusion.
