An established and well-regarded club in the East Valley is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations.
This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, menu development, staff management, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead and manage all kitchen operations and culinary staff
* Develop seasonal menus and specialty offerings
* Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency standards
* Oversee ordering, inventory, and cost control
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Collaborate with leadership on events, member experiences, and dining programs
**Qualifications:**
* Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Experience in club, resort, or upscale dining preferred
* Solid understanding of food cost control and kitchen operations
* Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
