Pay: $17 to $19 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full time
Work Days: Tuesday through Saturday
Days Off: Sunday and Monday
Opening: Immediate

Responsibilities
The Housekeeper will help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the community clubhouse and common areas. Duties include:
• Cleaning and maintaining the clubhouse, offices, restrooms, and common areas
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
• Cleaning windows, doors, counters, tables, and other high touch areas
• Restocking supplies as needed
• Emptying trash and keeping areas neat and presentable
• Assisting with cleanup before and after community events
• Reporting maintenance concerns or supply needs to management
• Communicating professionally with residents, guests, and staff
Qualifications
Qualified applicants should have:
• Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and stay on task
• A positive and professional attitude
• Good communication skills
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and walk during the workday
• A valid driver’s license preferred
• A clean criminal background
• Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday
