Henhouse Café is looking for an experienced Expo (Expeditor) to join our team! This position is key to keeping the kitchen and front of house running smoothly during our busy breakfast and lunch service.
Responsibilities:
Organize and check plates before they leave the kitchen
Ensure orders are accurate and complete
Communicate between the kitchen and servers
Maintain a clean and organized expo station
Help keep service moving quickly and efficiently
Requirements:
Previous restaurant expo experience required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
