Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role (breakfast restaurant experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a BOH team
Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise all BOH staff
• Ensure all recipes and food preparation standards are followed
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Create and manage the BOH schedule
• Train and develop kitchen team members
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in the kitchen
