Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and lead a team
• Manage inventory and ordering
• Oversee budgeting and P&Ls
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Forecast and schedule
• Deliver excellent verbal and written communication
• Provide exceptional customer service and guest recovery
• Resolve problems and conflicts
• Utilize basic computer skills and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work evenings and weekends

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of 3rd party delivery provider systems
• Experience with local area marketing and social media promotions
• Comfortable with computers/smart technology and 3rd party applications
• Previous experience in opening new restaurants
• Knowledge of bar management and/or craft beer
