 What Weâre Looking For
Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience
Strong knife skills a plusâbut weâll train the right person
Dependable, clean, and team-focused
Able to work efficiently during high-volume shifts
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet for long periods
Passion for great ingredients, great food, and great teammates
